Space Marine Captain & Winged Tyranid Prime.

I have had issue 1 of the new Combat Patrol magazine from Hachette Partworks since it's publcation several weeks ago. it was incredibly good value at £2.99 for two character models. Which, I have to confess, was the main reason I purchased it.

1. Space Marine Captain in Terminator Armour. He'll be painted as an Ultramarine, not because I play Spac Marine, I don't, but just so he fits in with the rest of my small collection of painted Space Marine miniatures.

2. Winged Tyranid Prime. My first ever Tyranid model, which will eventually be used in some sort of narrative skirmish game. A beast beneath from Necromunda or something similar. I'm sure it'll be fun and interesting to paint.

They are now assembled and primed and may be painted soonish. The Space Marine Captain will probably get painted first out of the two.
